Eliot Dog Park Fundraiser

This Saturday grab your leash and meet at the William Fogg Library in Eliot, ME for a fundraiser walk for a new dog park!  Eagle Scout candidate Chad Gregor is in the final stages of raising funds to build a dog park at Frost Tufts Park.  So far he has raised $4,700 towards his goal of $6,000.  His project includes installing a chain-link fence, a water line from the park’s maintenance building, and signage.  Chad is even planning on including an in-ground dog waste composting system using biodegradable bags.

You can help Chad reach his goal by joining the fundraising walk starting in front of the William Fogg Library this Saturday, May 16, at 9:00 AM.  The walk will end at the future location of the dog park at Frost Tufts Park. There will be free refreshments and free dog toys, as well as more information on Chad’s Eagle Scout project at the conclusion of the walk.  Hope to see you all there!
