What could be better than yoga followed by a delicious cold beer?  How about yoga and beer with proceeds to benefit Lucky Pup Rescue!  On Sunday, October 22, 2017, Flyn Costello will be instructing an all-levels, 1 hour Anusara inspired yoga class outside in the gorgeous fall weather at Fore River Brewing Company (45 Huntress Ave. South Portland, ME).  All yoga participants will be treated to one beer pour afterward.  But the fun doesn’t end there!

Following the yoga class, not only will there be refreshing beer, but also delicious pizza by OTTO and homemade desserts, as well as live music by Save & Sound.  All proceeds from Bark, Bend and Brews to benefit Lucky Pup Rescue!

Not interested in yoga, and just want to party for a good cause?  Well you’re in luck!  There are three ticket options: Yoga and Beer $15; Lunch including pizza, salad and dessert $15; or Yoga, Beer and Lunch $25.  In addition to the live music, there will also be a friendly corn hole competition.  Reserve your tickets now!  Space is limited, and online ticket sales will end at 5 PM on Friday or when sold out.
