It all began back in April when Chuck Billy was smitten by a squeaky bunny. None of us thought the relationship, not to mention the bunny itself, would last. Yet Chuck Billy surprised us all. He happily played with Miss Bunny for months. Oh sure he eventually got tired of her, and the romance faded. But the key is the bunny survived the relationship! Miss Bunny is enjoying her retirement in the toy box, and rumor has it she’s dating Mr. Gingerbread Man.
I thought it was a fluke, and forgot all about that romance. However at Christmas, after destroying other new squeaky toys we received, once again Chuck Billy fell in love with a bunny. This relationship with Hoppy is actually making him happy again! They’ve been spending quality time together for over a month now, and they are still the best of friends. Oh sure Hoppy’s bow got torn off, and she’s looking a bit worse for wear, but at any given moment they can be found cuddling or playing in the living room. I’m not sure how long this relationship will last. But at least they found each other for now.
