Enjoy a night of laughs while supporting the Working Dog Foundation at Comics for K9s! Featuring Kelly MacFarland and Corey Rodrigues, the event takes place this Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at The Brook, in Seabrook, NH. Tickets are $35 with proceeds to benefit the New Hampshire Police K9 Academy.
Kelly MacFarland has an extensive resume that includes appearances at the Comedy Stage at Boston Calling Music Festival, Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, the Today Show, and The View; as well as countless performances at comedy clubs, theaters and events across the country. Corey Rodrigues was the winner of Catch a New Rising Star, The Funniest Comic in New England and the 2017 Big Sky Comedy Festivals; and has appeared on TV including the Conan O’Brien Show and Unprotected Sets on Hulu. On Saturday, MacFarland and Rodrigues will be using their comedic gifts to benefit the Working Dog Foundation.
The Working Dog Foundation was established in 1995 to ensure that communities in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts would always be able to train and care for their K9 teams. As town and municipal budgets are reduced, police and public safety departments have been forced to review their K9 resources, often resulting in budgets for training and travel to out-of-state training facilities being cut or eliminated. By attending Comics for K9s, you are helping to raise funds for training, testing, and certifying police K9s and their handlers of the NH Police K9 Academy.
