Craft Fair for K9s

Want to help protect the hardest working dogs we know while also having a good time?  Then head to the 4th Annual Taunton Craft Fair to benefit Vested Interest in K9s this Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM.  The event will be held at the Taunton Sports Club (33 Baker Road West, Taunton, MA) with proceeds to benefit Vested Interest in K9s’ mission to provide bullet and stab protective vests to dogs of law enforcement agencies throughout the country.

In addition to crafters, vendors and raffles there will also be an opportunity for you to turn your unwanted gold and silver jewelry into cash.  Just bring along your single earrings, broken chains, and ill-fitting rings to receive cash with a portion of the proceeds to help purchase a protective vest for a working K9.  The event is free and there is free parking.  Also at 2:00 PM there will be a K9 demonstration with K9 Koda of the Brockton MA Police Department.

Since 2009 Vested Interest in K9s have provided over 1,700 bullet and stab proof vests for law enforcement dogs throughout the United States, including last year K9 Max of the Portsmouth NH Police Department.  To learn more about this event and the state-of-the-art bullet and stab protective vests used by working dogs, please visit Vested Interest in K9s.  This event is dedicated in memory of K9 CJ of the Johnson City Police Department in NY who died from cancer in 2015.
