Does Not Compute

After 10 years and a bazillion photos, Mom’s computer has finally reached its end. We’ve been limping along for months now, but Mom isn’t as technically savvy as Asa and myself, and was trying to ignore the issues. However, now even she admits it is time to let this one retire, and move on to a newer computer.

Please bear with us this week as I archive old items and transfer Mom’s data to her new computer, while Asa explains to her how to use the updates. We may be a bit slow responding to comments, but in a day or so we’ll be back up to speed…No, make that faster than ever! Because for awhile there Mom would actually patiently sit and watch the swirl of death on her screen!

Asa, I wouldn’t be smiling if I were you. You have a lot of speed bumps ahead with the daunting task of explaining to Mom how technology has changed in 10 years!
I know, but did you hear her when she called the cloud “a magical land of make believe!” Hilarious!
