Pssst. Chuck Billy here. Normally Mom will recommend a dog friendly event on Thursdays. But I deleted her post for today because I want to tell you about a UFO lecture series that dogs are NOT allowed to attend. Conspiracy? You bet! But if you’re a human…or even an Alien…I recommend the Exeter UFO Festival this Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4, 2016, in Exeter, New Hampshire.
The 7th annual Exeter UFO Festival draws UFO enthusiasts from across the country, and includes presentations by nationally known ufologists. Among the participants this year will be Richard Dolan, a leading researcher who has been featured on Ancient Aliens; Paul Eno, considered to be “the most intelligent voice in paranormal research today;” and Ryan Mullahy, founder of the website New Hampshire UFO Research. For the complete list of all eight speakers, please visit ExeterUFOFestival.org. There you will also find other events scheduled for this weekend including trolley rides to the site of the infamous “Incident at Exeter,” as well as family friendly activities for kids. Although dogs are not allowed inside Exeter Town Hall for the lectures, they are welcome to enjoy the festivities taking place outside at , on the corner of Front and Court Streets.
The Exeter UFO Festival is a major fundraiser for the Exeter Area Kiwanis Club. As with all of their fundraisers, 100% of the profits go to local children’s charities, children’s programs, and community programs. There is a suggested donation of $20.00 for the lecture series, which is good for both Saturday and Sunday. In addition, separate tickets are available to attend a special dinner to meet the speakers. The Exeter Area Kiwanis Club also relies on your generosity at the food and souvenir stands.
