Improved Dog Friendly Trails Reviews

Exciting news! We’ve reached maximum capacity for our Dog Friendly Trails recommendations page!  But have no fear, we still have a lot more reviews to post and places to explore.  So to accommodate our growing list we’ve updated Living with a Golden.  You’ll notice when you visit our Dog Trails page, you’ll see we’ve added three buttons at the top of the page for each state we’ve visited.  There you will find ALL the trails we visited within Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.  This will help speed up your search for trails within each state.  On the main Dog Trails page underneath the new state buttons, you’ll see a shorter list of trails that looks similar to the old landing page, but with fewer places.  These are just a sampling of our personal favorite places to visit, as well as popular Dog Trails that receive the most hits from searches on Living with a Golden.

Ok, I admit there are still a few bugs to work out in this transition.  If a trail review you’re looking for is no longer listed under the individual states, please visit our Scenic Dog Walks page.  We’re in the process of shifting some of our earlier reviews that were more of a leisurely walk than a hike to that page.  Also, you’ll probably notice that Mom and Dad love to take us hiking more often than not in Maine.  But once again, don’t worry!  We have more places in New Hampshire and Massachusetts that we plan to visit and will tell you all about in the coming weeks and months. Another thing to look forward to is as winter approaches we will be adding a button for our Dog Friendly Winter Hikes.  Currently those reviews are under my blog, but you really have to search for them.  Soon winter hikes will be easier to find all in one location.

We thank you for your support, and hope during this long Labor Day Weekend you’ll visit one of of the many places we’ve recommended on our Dog Friendly Places reviews of 26 Dog Beaches, 14 Scenic Walks and 42 Trails.  Happy Hiking!

42 Trails and growing! Thank you for following Living with a Golden! Be sure to tell a friend! We’re also on Facebook and Twitter too!
