Left Paw. Right Paw. Left Paw. Right Paw.

Asa here. Left paw. Right paw. Left paw. Right paw. Can’t talk now. Left paw. Right paw. Left paw. Right paw. Must concentrate. Left paw. Right paw. Left paw. Right paw. Road icy. Left paw. Right paw. Left paw. Right paw. Might slip. Left paw. Right paw. Left paw. Right paw. Oh hello leaf! *slips*

Chuck Billy here. You know how some people can’t walk and chew gum at the same time? Well Asa finds it very difficult to walk on icy roads when there are distractions. Whether it be a leaf blowing past, a squirrel hurrying on his way, a stick that needs rescuing, or just a conversation between Mom and Dad, each time he is distracted he inevitably loses his balance and one or two paws will slip. So we now must walk in silence to let him concentrate. Personally, I enjoy the break from his happy prancing down the road, singing along with Mom. However, with the amount of smoke coming out of his ears as he concentrates, I’m sure Asa will have the ice on the road melted in no time.

No photos allowed either. This was taken a few days ago when the road was snow packed but not icy. But yet you can see Asa’s concentration already.
