Mall Mischief

While I was paying for our pet photos with Santa at the mall, Asa got distracted and wandered off. He saw an “Amazing Pip” sign in a store window, and wondered if the stuffed animals inside knew his UK friend, Pip, too.

They didn’t. Nor did they laugh at Pip’s puns that Asa repeated to them.

Asa eventually got the hint and ran off to make new friends in the mall.

Asa’s new friend Josie is very sweet.

Meanwhile I patiently waited for what seemed like an eternity.

I hope Asa’s at least off buying me something awesome.

That’s when something just told me to “let it go” and enjoy being at the mall too.

Let it go! Asa never bothered me anyways…

So I decided to head over to Bath and Body Works to see if they finally listened to me and my friend Daisy’s suggestion to add mud, wet dog, and skunk to their line of fragrant candles and bath products.

They didn’t listen. But I do admit this store smells nice.

Meanwhile Asa spied what he believed to be the perfect costumes for his dance partners in his Vaudeville show.

These gowns would look lovely…if only Asa had dance partners to wear them!

That’s when Mom and I started to get impatient waiting for Asa. I know what you’re thinking, “Wow, your Mom is overdressed for a trip to the mall.”

If you think this is a bit much, you should see what Mom wears for neighborhood walks!

Finally we heard singing over the loud mall Christmas music, and knew exactly where we could find Asa!

Baby Shark, doo doo doo doo doo doo, Baby Shark!
