Today is National Dog Photography Day! A day that encourages dogs, photography enthusiasts, and all dog lovers to post as many photos of their dogs, guilt-free. However, Asa and I do admit there are times we do feel a little guilty when it comes to posing. Truth be told, we don’t always share the same artistic vision as our Mom. So today, rather than share our best photos, we are giving you a behind the scenes glimpse of our bloopers!
Sometimes Mom interrupts a serious conversation when trying to snap a photo.
Other times Asa tells a joke, and we can’t stop laughing!
Then there are the times when Asa is distracted by a new friend. SQUIRREL!
Not to be confused by the times he just wants to enjoy the view.
There’s also a lot of downtime patiently waiting for Mom to get her camera ready, only to have her catch us unprepared.
I do admit, sometimes Asa and I don’t always get along.
But I can always count on Asa to help me when I want to hide from an embarrassing photo.
Other Times we can’t make heads or tails of what Mom was trying to capture in her photo.
