New Year’s Resolution: Be More Dog!

Once again I couldn’t help but overhear Mom and a friend talking about their New Year’s Resolutions.  They talked about dieting, exercising, and being more positive in the year ahead.  Well those are all admirable goals, but once again humans are approaching this all wrong.  They don’t need to follow new diet trends, buy an expensive gym membership, or read books on living happy.  They just need to be more dog!

  1. Eat what makes you happy
  2. Never pass up an opportunity to run and play
  3. Greet everyone with enthusiasm
  4. Don’t sweat the small stuff
  5. Be kind and always forgive
  6. Take plenty of naps
  7. Stop and smell the world around you
  8. Love unconditionally
  9. Follow your instincts
  10. Bark less, wag more

And that my friends is the secret to a Happy and Healthy New Year!

Be More Dog in 2017!
