On the Trail of Bigfoot

As a renowned Dog Ufologist, I’m always on alert for the paranormal. Such was the case when on a recent hike I realized we were on the trail of Bigfoot! Now I know there are experts out there who spend their entire lives in the woods searching for signs without finding a single clue. But they just aren’t as observant as me! In fact, while most associate the Pacific Northwest as Bigfoot’s stomping grounds, even he can’t resist a visit to the Maine woods.

Our hike started like any other, but I couldn’t help but feel like we weren’t alone. Who could be following us?

Even Asa was unusually on edge, and kept looking off into the woods with unease.

“Should we turn back?” Asa asked. Of course not! We must investigate! This could be MY big moment!

Asa began peering over rock walls hoping to catch a glimpse of what could be lurking in the woods.

Even Mom’s camera started to malfunction. An obvious sign that we were dealing with the paranormal. But what?

I climbed up on a rock to better survey my surroundings. That was when I spotted the sign that Bigfoot was near!

There are many Bigfoot investigators who believe that strange formations using trees are a warning by Bigfoot to leave the area. So when I saw this, I knew he must be close!

A few feet away I also spotted his cave hidden amongst the trees.

Asa offered to climb into the cave to make friends with this overly shy creature, and convince him to come out to play. But I knew we needed to go home and regroup with a plan.

After all something as monumental as finding Bigfoot needs to be handled with the utmost caution. We can’t risk Asa inviting him home with us!

Asa: Sorry friends, you wait out here in our yard. Once Chuck Billy figures out his plan, I’m sure he’ll let you come inside our house to play.
