This Saturday, August 22, 2015 is Pedals for Paws at Great Bay Community College, located at Pease Tradeport.  This year’s beneficiaries include the Cocheco Valley Humane Society (CVHS), Mary’s Dogs Rescue & Adoption, and the NHSPCA.

Registration will begin at 7:30 am and the ride will start at 8:30 am.  The registration fee will be $35 for single riders and $50 for a team or family of up to 5 riders.  There is no additional donation required but any amount is gladly appreciated.   An event t-shirt and goody bag will be given to all the riders and t-shirts will be available for purchase for non-riders.

Pedals for Paws will offer two route options.  The first route is 23.5 miles, and the second is 38.1 miles round trip to the CVHS shelter and back.  Arrangements can also be made to be picked up at the shelter.  Both routes stop at Henry Law Park.  When riders arrive back at the Tradeport, there will be door prizes, raffles, and a huge thank you to the sponsors.

There will also be an adoption event at Great Bay Community College from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, for four legged friends in need of a home.
