You’ve heard of dogs playing poker. Well how about humans playing poker for dogs! Come play poker, enjoy some pizza and enter to win the 50/50 raffle and other great prizes, all to benefit Operation Delta Dog! The three top hands will win cash prizes!
The Poker Run takes place this Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Strikers Sports Bar and Grill in New Bedford, MA (66 Hathaway RD), starting at 12 Noon. Admission is $20 per person and includes pizza, soda, and entertainment by Off Kilter and Band, Inc. from 3:30 to 8:00 PM. You can register on Sunday from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM. All proceeds will benefit Operation Delta Dog, a nonprofit organization with a mission to rescue shelter dogs and train them to work as service dogs for disabled veterans who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and related challenges. The dogs get the homes they need, and the veterans get the help they deserve!
