Celebrate the dog days of summer by making a splash at Puppy POOLooza, this Saturday, August 13, 2016!  This pool party to benefit Lucky Pup Rescue will be taking place at the Berwick Bark Park (410 Portland Street, Berwick, ME), home base for Seacoast Dock Dogs.  Puppy POOLooza will be from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and includes games, prizes, food, music, and pet related vendors.  Admission is $10 per dog.  While enjoying Puppy POOLooza, you can watch professional dock dogs practice their Big Air, Speed Retrieve and Extreme Vertical skills for their upcoming competition.  Or for an additional $20, Seacoast Dock Dogs will help your dog live their Olympic dreams by letting them experience the exciting sport of dock diving.

Proceeds from Puppy POOLooza will benefit Lucky Pup Rescue.  Lucky Pup Rescue is a nonprofit dedicated to finding dogs forever homes.  Their mission is to find the best match of forever family so that dogs and their human buddies will have a long and happy life together.  The dogs are not kept at a shelter, but in the homes of foster families, where the dogs are taught manners and socialized with new experiences, while being assessed to best find their special forever match.  Based in southern Maine, since 2008 Lucky Pup Rescue has found homes for more than 1,400 dogs, with a return rate of under 5%.
