Treat your best friend to a special Valentine’s gift by taking your dog for a Reiki session at the Animal Welfare Society (46 Holland Road, Kennebunk, ME). On Wednesday, February 17, 2016, Reiki Sessions for dogs will be available from Michele Lowry, of Nikoe Natural Therapies.
Reiki uses gentle healing to provide support for many physical and emotional concerns. Since 2011 Michele has been volunteering at the Animal Welfare Society (AWS), offering Reiki and Animal Communication to connect to any emotional or physical concerns. Through her sessions she is able to provide healing, work on behavioral issues to find its root cause, and offer the shelter additional options for creating emotional change in the animals.
Sessions for your pet will take place in the Training Room of the AWS shelter on Holland Road from 6:00 – 9:00 PM. The fee will be $35 for a 30-minute session, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Animal Welfare Society.
