The dog days of summer are here, which is a good time to slow down and unplug. You probably noticed my posts have not been consistent this week. Don’t worry! I’m alright! Mom and Dad are alright too! We are prioritizing family time.
Keeping up this blog is a lot of work, especially now that it is just me, without Angel Chuck Billy’s supervision. I admit there’s a backlog of posts, including the first stop on this summer’s Asa’s World Tour of Maine! I promise I will be getting those out to you, just not in Chuck Billy’s usual timely manner. It all takes time to write, plan adventures, fix the usual glitches with the website, as well as pursue an exciting idea that may help me to continue Angel Chuck Billy’s legacy. So trust me, I’ve be busy working behind the scenes. However, I need to make time to look up from screens and be in the moment.
Therefore for the next few weeks my posts will not be every day. I will be around checking in on social media when I can. After all, I do enjoy keeping up with all your adventures as well. But it’s a lot for me to juggle running the show by myself, and I need to remind myself to slow down. Because as Ferris Bueller once said, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
