Today is Take Your Dog to Work Day! So I thought I’d give you an exciting behind the scenes look into a day in the life of office dogs. As Chief Executive Dog, it’s my job to make all the major decisions, manage the daily operations, and oversee my work from home team. Fascinating, right?

My day begins with my commute.

Then I spend some time in my corner office thinking big thoughts.

After that I go check on my coworkers to make sure they are not slacking off…again.

I also have to watch my back, because that upstart is always aiming for my coveted corner office.

However, he quickly proves that he can’t handle the complexities of it.

I never get a moment of rest because someone is always wanting to meet with me, when it could have been handled in an email.

However, other times I jump right in and work as a team to get the job done.

It’s not all fun and games though. I have to keep a close eye on my office supplies. Otherwise a coworker could walk off with it.

As CED, do I want to leave work early and go out to play? Of course!

But I know it is my job to set a good example for my coworkers.
