Asa here. Sometimes Chuck Billy makes it really difficult for me to be a good boy. Take for the example the other day at dinner time. There I was patiently waiting my turn to eat when Chuck Billy dropped a single piece of kibble on the floor within reach.
Did I want that delicious piece of kibble? YES!
But I knew I had to resist temptation, because that was Chuck Billy’s kibble. So I tried to avoid making eye contact with it.
I even pretended to act natural, like I didn’t want it, by doing a nonchalant yawn.
But I wasn’t fooling anyone, not even myself, I wanted it.
Just when I thought I would give in to temptation and steal a piece a kibble that didn’t belong to me, Chuck Billy swooped in and ate it!
But that’s ok! Because I was rewarded for being a good boy with an entire bowl of kibble! Although I admit I wasn’t sure how long I’d wait to pose, so Mom quickly snapped this photo before giving me my bowl.
Editor’s Note: Asa was going to get that bowl of kibble regardless, but what a good boy he was to resist my single piece of kibble. I know I wouldn’t have been so good if the situation was reversed.
