I cannot let this week go by without acknowledging the monumental event that took place. The United States Department of Defense acknowledged that UFOs exist! Sure as far back as 1950 Donald Keyhoe came to that conclusion in his book Flying Saucers Are Real, based on his investigation of encounters between UFOs and the US Air Force between 1947 and 1950. However, the Pentagon always refuted his claims, and the many others after it, as being misunderstood weather phenomenons, stars, or manmade objects taken out of context. Then in 2017 the US Navy released clips of UFO encounters from 2004 and 2015 to the private company To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences for research they were conducting on the phenomenon. That footage was of course “leaked” to the mainstream, but never authenticated until now.
On Monday, April 27, 2020, the Pentagon officially released to the public domain this UFO footage, or as they call it “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena,” along with the statement that they wanted to clear up any misconceptions about whether or not the videos were real. Ok, I admit they don’t come right out and admit UFOs are real in their official statement, just that the footage is real. However, they do admit “The aerial phenomenon observed in the videos remain characterized as ‘unidentified.'”
As a renowned Dog Ufologist, I don’t want to say, “I told you so.” But I told you so!!!! Although the Pentagon didn’t publicly acknowledge extraterrestrials are piloting these crafts, one has to assume someone is! Sure by characterizing them as “unidentified” they haven’t ruled out that another country may have developed aircrafts far more advanced than those in the United States. Yet that does seem highly suspect. Leading us to believe this is the Department of Defense’s way of saying, hey there may be some truth to all this speculation about Aliens visiting Earth over the years.
Former Senate majority leader, Harry Reid, of Nevada, has pushed for more research into this phenomenon for years, and even supported a classified Pentagon program from 2007 to 2012 to study the footage. With Monday’s official announcement, Reid tweeted, although he was glad the footage was officially released, “it only scratches the surface of research and materials available. The U.S. needs to take a serious, scientific look at this and any potential national security implications.”
So when will that happen? As Ancient Aliens Theorist Giorgio A. Tsoukalos posted on Facebook on Tuesday, “Disclosure is not a one-time event. Disclosure will not be a one-time press conference in which they’ll announce, ‘ETs are real!’ No, Disclosure is and will be a drawn-out process. In fact, we are right smack-dab in the middle OF Disclosure. It IS happening all around us! Culminated by yesterday’s Pentagon’s press release.” We just need to be patient and hope that the Pentagon will continue to release the materials they have collected over the decades.
Tom DeLonge, cofounder of the To the Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences, also agrees with the significance of this announcement. In his email statement to the New York Times, he wrote, “We believe that this level of recognition is exactly what is required to eliminate the extreme skepticism surrounding U.A.P. events, so we can finally move forward to sharing and analyzing reliable data from respected institutions.” DeLonge went on to state, “After 70 years of misinformation, it’s time that we make progress to understand the extraordinary technology being observed during these events.”
So there you have it folks, UFOs are real! And this Dog Ufologist cannot wait to see where this week’s revelation by the Pentagon will lead us.
