Go treasure hunting at Another Chance Animal Rescue’s 6th Annual Yard Sale July 4 through July 6, 2019. As in past years, Another Chance promises this will be a “huge, gigantic, enormous yard sale,” with all the proceeds to benefit their mission to help pets in need.
The yard sale will be located at their shelter on 251 Country Club Road, Route 4, Sanford, Maine. Look for the big tent on their front lawn! They are still accepting donations and welcome any volunteers to help with their biggest fundraiser of the year. In addition to being an adoption facility, Another Chance Animal Rescue provides temporary assistance so that pets can remain with their families and not be surrendered to shelters. They do this through donations of pet food and supplies to families suffering from unemployment, seniors on fixed incomes, and families that are dealing with chronic illnesses where resources are tightly dedicated. Another Chance Animal Rescue also offers a low cost spay/neuter program for York County pets, as well as providing emergency funds for medical services for injured pets.
