1,000 Blog Posts, But Who’s Counting?

I can’t believe it came and went without us even noticing. We’ve written over 1,000 blog posts! January 2019 marks the 4th anniversary of our blog, Living with a Golden. Four years ago I started this blog with three goals in mind. First, to share with you my hopes and dreams of raising my younger brother, Asa, who was about to join our family. Second, to keep the memory of my dear big brother, Lemmy, alive. And third, to share with you the awesome dog friendly places that we like to visit in order to encourage more dogs to explore Maine and beyond with their families. 1,029 blog posts, 106 dog friendly places, countless events that lend a helping paw, and numerous new friends from our neck of the woods and beyond, Living with a Golden has far exceeded our wildest expectations!

Thank you to everyone who has joined us on this adventure from the earliest days when I was convinced Asa may have been a zombie puppy, to my most recent quest to enjoy the perfect New Year’s Eve party, to everything in between! Thanks too for being there for us not only for the tail wagging days, but for the droopy tail days too. We can’t thank you enough for all your support, kind words, and laughs over the years. We’ve certainly been on quite a journey together!

As we embark on a new year full of tail wagging fun, we look forward to sharing all of our adventures from trail reviews, a song or two, to thoughts on Living with a Golden! Here’s to another 1000+ posts!

Thank YOU to everyone for helping us reach this tail wagging milestone!
