Happy Anniversary Living with a Golden!

This week marks the one year anniversary of my website, Living with a Golden! Hard to believe it was just a year ago that I introduced myself to the world.  I wasn’t even three years old yet!  I began my blog as a way to chronicle my life with my new little brother, Asa, hence the name, “Living with a Golden.”  It was also a means to pay tribute to my big brother, Lemmy.  But I never imagined it would grow to include our favorite dog friendly places to visit, pet events, nonprofits that support animals, and local businesses who make pet products we enjoy.  During the past year, I also learned a lot too.  For instance, perhaps Asa isn’t a Zombie Puppy, as I originally suspected; and that my kitty cousin may be out to kill me.  I am also able to use this forum as a means to educate dogs on a cause that I feel strongly about namely the dangers of Alien abductions.

However, the best part of starting this website is all the new friends I’ve made!  THANK YOU for checking in to see what I am up to; sharing and commenting on my posts whether it be on the website, Facebook or Twitter; and stopping to say “hello” when you see us out and about in public.  Thank you for ALL your support!  It truly humbles me.

In the year ahead I plan to continue to share my unique perspective on life, explore new places, and more!  Who knows, maybe I’ll even give Asa his own column…maybe!  So stay tuned for more adventures of Living with a Golden!  In the meantime, please enjoy my favorite video highlights from the past year on my Videos Page.

Tail Wags,

Chuck Billy

PS: Thanks Mom, Dad & Asa for helping me along the way!
