Run, jog or walk to help raise money for Operation Delta Dog at the Run to the Rescue 5K! Taking place this Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Mine Falls, in Nashua, NH, this 5K is dog friendly, and supports Operation Delta Dog’s mission to provide Veterans with trained service dogs.
You can register in advance at Operation Delta Dog 5K Run to the Rescue, or day of at the event starting at 7:45 AM. The race itself will start at 9:00 AM, and go through beautiful Mine Falls Park. Registration is $25 for Veterans and $45 for all other runners with or without a dog. And yes, there is a special goodie bag for all dogs who register. There will also be prizes for top human/dog team, best matching outfits human/dog, as well as top overall male and female finishers in several categories. Prizes will also be available for largest and fastest teams of 3+ people, so recruit your friends to join you for this fun event that supports service dogs for Veterans.
All proceeds to benefit Operation Delta Dog, whose mission is to rescue shelter dogs and train them to work as service dogs for Veterans who suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and related challenges. The dogs get the homes they need, and the Veterans get the help they deserve!
