This beautiful queen size quilt (pictured on king size bed) is handmade with 100% quilter cotton, katahdin batting, and hand tied. All fabric is washed and dried prior to cutting. Tickets are available through 6:00 PM, on Saturday, April 2, 2022, with the drawing to take place on Sunday, April 3rd when the pet food pantry is open for distribution. ***PLEASE NOTE*** If they do not reach their minimum goal of $400 in raffle tickets, the raffle will be extended or rescheduled, and previously purchased tickets will remain valid until the new drawing date.
100% of the proceeds benefit the vital work of No Bowl Empty 2 Pet Food Pantry. It is their belief that “No one should be forced to surrender their pet because they are unable to afford pet food.” This has become especially true during these difficult economic times. As founder Nadine Molloy recently shared in a post:
“…we all know that the past 3 years have taken a major toll on families, individuals, & businesses. We have seen our daily normal change, people have faced unemployment as businesses close, many have been directly affected by illness, we saw increases in incomes but we have also seen the prices of food, electricity, heating fuel, gas, housing, & clothes skyrocket negating any income increases. Add to increased costs the supply issues with everything from household cleaners to pet food and what we have is a huge number of people struggling both financially & emotionally. Homelessness has reached an all time high & is affecting singles & families alike. All of this has had a direct impact on the pantry as we face an unprecedented number of families & pets who need our help at the same time we are experiencing a reduction in donations because our supporters are not immune to the increased cost of living or the emotional toll of the past 3 years. Until recently we have been able to sustain our inventory & meet the demand but it is all starting to catch up to us & just one distribution day can wipe out our inventory.”

Her enthusiasm is infectious and her goal of helping pet families in need is unrelenting.
