Dog Ufologist notebook research log entry for Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
5:26 AM: Set out for morning neighborhood patrol shift with Asa and Dad. Will return after sunrise to further investigate strange glowing 6 foot tall snowman in neighbor’s front yard. Suspicious no snow on ground, yet there is a snowman smiling at me. And why is it glowing? No additional unusual activity to report.
6:13 AM: Return from walk, and patiently wait in garage while Dad wrangles Asa to wipe muddy paws, before letting us into the house. It is a mystery where Asa found mud when the temperature outside is 23ºF, but not an unusual phenomenon for my patrol partner.
6:14 AM: Dad opens kitchen door for Asa to enter house, and turns to find I am no longer sitting in garage where he last saw me.
6:14 AM to 6:17 AM: Missing block of time.
6:17 AM: After searching the garage and scanning backyard, Dad finds me standing in the kitchen waiting for my breakfast. He has no memory of letting me into the house before or after Asa. I have no memory of entering the house, and cannot open door without his assistance. Asa’s witness testimony is inconclusive as he is only chattering about his new snowman best friend in the neighbor’s yard. Note: Although Asa has no memory of how I got into the house, it doesn’t mean he is missing time too. He’s just not observant like me. Mom not available as witness. She is upstairs hard at work catching up on my personal social media correspondence.
Abstract Summary: Went out for walk. Returned from walk. Got teleported into kitchen during missing block of time. No eyewitnesses.
Theories: Theory 1: Dad needs coffee before morning patrol. Debunked: Dad has walked with us other times without being sufficiently caffeinated, and has never lost track of me before. Theory 2: Suspicious snowman is secretly an alien. Debunked: Way too obvious the way he was glowing on that lawn. Also not in the vicinity when previous kitchen portal events took place. Theory 3: Dog Ufologist let his guard down by being too focused on breakfast, and stumbled into known kitchen portal by accident.
Conclusions: More proof that a portal exists in my kitchen! Clearly the only logical explanation for this missing time is I was projected through the portal into the kitchen. Kitchen portal connected to backyard was first detected in April 2023, when Dad’s keys last seen in the yard reappeared in his coat pocket in the kitchen closet. Confirmation of kitchen portal occurred in September 2023, when portal mysteriously appeared before us where garage door should be. See attached photo from September as evidence. Although in today’s situation, no portal was seen. Just a kitchen door.
Next Steps: 1. Try to recreate experiment using Asa so I may observe….
2. Ask Santa for a bigger notebook. I have a lot more research to do!
