I can’t believe I got outsmarted by Asa! As you know Asa and I have had different opinions on which friends are allowed to play inside our house. In recent months he has invited mice, various bugs, and even attempted to sneak in chipmunks and a snake! To get the point across that they are not inside play friends, I even wrote a very lengthy manual on the subject. Little did I realize though I needed to add a section on exotic animals. However, even if I did, Asa found a way to get around it. Who knew it is legal to invite a Kangaroo over to play in Maine?

According to Maine law, it is legal to have a Kangaroo, as long as you receive a permit from the state first! I never would have dreamed that Asa would find a way to outsmart me! Where did he even get the money for the application? Or find a Kangaroo for that matter?
