Earlier this week was National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day. What better way to help with a pup’s journey home than by supporting the Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue’s Annual Auction! Taking place this Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Marlborough (265 Lakeside Ave. Marlborough, MA), the doors open at 10:00 AM and the fun continues until 2:30 PM, with proceeds to benefit the important work of YGRR. There will be a silent auction and a live auction, with items of high and low value in each. Come early, bid high and bid often! Golden goodies will also be available all day, as well as fabulous raffle baskets!
Don’t miss this Golden opportunity to bid on unique prizes while supporting Golden Retrievers in need. Among the items up for bid are a 1-week vacation rental in Ogunquit, Maine; dinner for two at Casta Diva, Northboro; and tickets to the Hanover Theater in Worcester. There’s also a 5-night beachfront vacation rental in Harpswell, Maine; Red Sox tickets; and a 1-week vacation rental cottage in Rangeley, Maine. In addition, there will be household items, jewelry, and of course a variety of Golden Retriever themed items! Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care, behavioral evaluations, and adoptive homes to homeless Golden Retrievers in the six New England states.
