Exciting news! We’ve outgrown our Dog Friendly Places page! In the past year we have visited 19 beaches, hiked 22 trails, and enjoyed 5 scenic walks, for a total of 46 Dog Friendly Reviews in three states! A cumbersome list to scroll through with so many options. So to make choosing your next adventure easier, we have taken the places we’ve reviewed and broke it down into Dog Trails, Dog Beaches, and Scenic Dog Walks. We’ve also made it easier to find by putting a button for each on our Living with a Golden home page. You can also access our Dog Friendly Places on the tool bar at the top of the page, with a lot less scrolling to find the perfect place to spend the day with your dog.
The site may look different, but you can still find all the features for the individual reviews that you’ve come to expect, including directions, current weather forecast, videos, photos and much more to help you plan your next adventure. So please take a moment to check out our updated Dog Friendly Places page and all the exciting destinations we’ve visited! Perhaps you’ll even find a special place to bring Dad for Father’s Day this weekend. And as always, be sure to check back each week on Tuesdays for a new Dog Friendly destination.
